Unfortunately, I DO NOT accept any orders within 21 days/3 weeks of today’s date. If you send through an enquiry within this timeframe, please understand I will not reply.

If your required date is blocked out (I'm at full capacity), please DO NOT click the next available date & expect me to squeeze you in.

 Response Time 

I strive to reply to all enquiries as soon as possible, but I work Monday - Thursday outside of cakes, so my time & energy are spread very thin.

If you don’t see a response in your inbox (Allow up to 10 business days, and in peak & NSW school holiday times allow 15 business days for my emailed reply), please check your junk or "others" folder—sometimes my replies like to hide there!

Please DO NOT attempt to call/SMS/social media message me, as this is NOT appreciated. My phone is on 'do not disturb' 24/7.

 Order Confirmation 

Your order is not confirmed until I’ve received a non-refundable deposit. Once your order design is finalised, I'll send you an order form/invoice which contains the payment details.

 Terms & Conditions 

If you are not willing to adhere to the above items, then I may not be the person for you. Cakes are no longer my main source of income & over the past 2 years; I've noticed a huge decline in orders due to rising living costs & the increase of cheaper 'cake' businesses.

Please check that the food business you are purchasing from, especially home based, is fully insured and registered with local council & NSW Food Authority.
